PLM Specialist Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a PLM specialist on various client projects or result-oriented projects led by ALTEN
• Perform analyses and recommendations regarding PLM solution implementation choices
• Write high-level technical and functional architecture documentation and monitor developments/settings
• Provide expertise during pre-sales phases, including needs analysis and technical response elaboration
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of a PLM expertise development strategy
• Manage team staffing and redesign the PLM offer
• Dynamize the PLM Competence Community through knowledge sharing, training, and technical support
• Coach and mentor evolving resources within the business community
• Participate in major external events such as trade shows and conferences

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the PLM field
• Expertise in one or more PLM solutions: Dassault Systèmes (Legacy & 3DExperience), PTC (Windchill), or Siemens (Teamcenter)
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)
• Ability to travel for professional meetings and events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aeronautics industry
