PLM Program/Operation Lead

Responsibilities

• Support PLM leadership by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, programs, and milestones
• Partner with PLM Strategy & Excellence and PLM Operations to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Act as the gatekeeper for End-to-End PLM Business Process Maps, supporting value stream analysis and roadmap artifacts
• Champion PLM Solution Architecture, including Business Process, Data Architecture, and Master Data Management
• Develop and maintain forecasts for program delivery, capacity, and execution risks
• Lead program management and governance activities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to resolve execution challenges
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Life Science
• 8+ years of experience in PLM operations, Master Data Operations, program management, or business operations
• Proven experience in business process modeling, solution architecture, and data architecture
• Demonstrated proficiency in deviation analysis, forecasting, and risk management
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally to drive execution and deliver results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PLM systems and regulated environments such as MedTech or Pharma
• Familiarity with PLM governance models, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM, or SAP PLM
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLM applications in the PLM ecosystem (e.g., Signavio, LIMS, Camstar)
