Responsibilities

• Define and lead the deployment roadmap for PLM functional blocks in alignment with client business needs
• Support the deployment of PLM solutions (Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, PTC, etc.) from scoping to commissioning
• Model business processes using BPMN, prioritize needs, and design target solution architecture and data models
• Write architecture documents and functional specifications
• Participate in the structuring of training plans and pedagogical needs
• Contribute to internal growth by participating in tender responses and technical client meetings
• Support the development of peers through knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial environments with significant PLM tool experience
• Proven experience in the deployment of at least one PLM solution
• Proficiency in at least one major PLM solution: Dassault Systèmes (3DEXPERIENCE), Siemens (Teamcenter), or PTC (Windchill)
• Skills in BPMN process modeling and requirement prioritization
• Fluent English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in configuration management, change management, or design
• Certifications in PLM solutions (3DExperience Cloud, Teamcenter, Windchill)
• Project management certifications (Agile, PMP, Lean)
