About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution of the 3DExperience platform by defining business processes and driving transformation toward a Model Based Enterprise (MBE) vision
  • Act as a subject matter expert for PLM processes, including engineering, assembly definition, 3D modeling, and change management
  • Collect requirements from business units and user forums to drive solution improvements
  • Document and execute test plans, identify issues, and participate in troubleshooting
  • Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Prepare and present training materials and communication content for intranet and Teams
  • Collaborate with Digital Technology (DT) teams and developers to implement solutions in production
  • Integrate improved PLM processes with document management, project management, and manufacturing workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautics, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or Computer Science
  • 4 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in both English and French (required for technical documentation and international communication)
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills
  • Experience with PLM processes and technical product knowledge (engines) is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ENOVIA, 3DExperience, CATIA, VPM, JIRA, or SharePoint
  • Ability to travel occasionally between plants to meet with working teams
