PLM Associate

Responsibilities

• Create accurate material and component records to support the development and production calendar
• Build SMS and Production BOMs by populating all necessary fields in the PLM system
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather required data for system input
• Validate data accuracy within the PLM system in coordination with managers and suppliers
• Key data for Jewelry, Soft Accessories, and Home categories
• Review and oversee the issuance of carryover BOMs for accuracy and completeness
• Support KPI management and perform data pulls for functional reporting and analysis
• Assist in training new and existing team members on PLM system usage
• Provide feedback on PLM system updates and usability to improve business processes

Requirements

• College degree
• 2 years of experience in jewelry, footwear, or handbag industries
• Knowledge of PLM systems or related data management systems
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime during peak seasons
