PLC Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC software for EOL systems
• Implement and troubleshoot ACS ↔ PLC ↔ PC communication
• Develop and support LabVIEW-based test automation applications
• Configure industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP)
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production ramp-up
• Prepare technical documentation and validation reports
• Ensure compliance with CE, UKCA, ISO 13849, IEC 62061, and IEC 61508 requirements

Requirements

• 5–8 years in Industrial Automation / PLC Programming
• Strong experience in Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, or Beckhoff
• Hands-on LabVIEW development and test automation
• Experience with ACS systems and machine integration
• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols
• Safety PLC and machine safety implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
• Functional Safety certification
• Experience in manufacturing/EOL testing environments
