Play + Stay Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Leading and monitoring group play sessions
• Utilizing low-stress handling techniques to care for dogs
• Performing daily cleaning of kennels, cages, and public areas
• Bathing dogs and assisting with grooming needs
• Communicating with clients to build trust and lasting relationships
• Documenting updates and informing the Center Director of dog behavior and health
• Stocking and maintaining cleaning supplies

Requirements

• Love for animals and passion for their well-being
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior and group dynamics
• Strength and stamina to interact with active dogs
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow directions
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dog daycare, boarding, or customer service
