Responsibilities

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
• Perform dent repair, spot welding, and assembly of sheet metal parts
• Use workshop machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment for damage repair and straightening
• Collaborate with colleagues in damage inspection, painting, and customer reception for efficient workflow
• Ensure high quality in performed work and follow workshop routines and safety regulations
• Document performed work and time in digital systems
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, work environment, and customer service

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sheet metal work, bodywork, or equivalent work in an auto workshop
• Good knowledge of welding, straightening techniques, and use of sheet metal tools
• Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• Good collaborative skills and ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license
