Plating Line Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Operate complex, multi-tank plating lines and wastewater treatment lines
• Utilize scales, mixing equipment, and dispensing equipment for production
• Record production measurements and inspect plated materials using analytical equipment
• Work within a multi-disciplined integrated product team alongside engineers and technicians
• Assist in test development, routine analysis of failed parts, and documentation of findings
• Support continuous improvement efforts through the design, fabrication, and testing of new technologies
• Participate in the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with high hazard chemicals

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience with plating lines or electroless plating
• Experience with wastewater treatment
• Experience operating in a production environment
• Experience weighing and mixing materials
• Experience with plating systems and/or operating Human Machine Interface (HMI) software
