Plating Associate

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed, reel-to-reel plating machines to coat metal products with gold, nickel, matte tin, or other metals
• Read blueprints and manufacture parts according to technical specifications
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards on all produced products
• Achieve efficiency standards while minimizing scrap and waste
• Adhere to all company quality principles and safety protocols
• Assist with special projects and plant operation issues as instructed by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting with a flexible mindset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in environments involving noise and chemical exposure (protective gear provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in electroplating processes
