About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support application issues and ensure incidents are addressed within established SLAs
  • Maintain the company's ticketing system and resolve technical issues related to the trading platform
  • Assist internal and external users of the platform
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with global team members
  • Use agentic AI tools to facilitate issue resolution and speed up tasks
  • Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL
  • Contribute to the company's Knowledge Base by creating and updating articles
  • Provide light after-hours and holiday coverage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant substitute experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a support representative or client-facing role
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and HTML
  • Proficiency with Excel and MS Office (pivot tables, large data sets)
  • Knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers
  • Experience with AI tools
