About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide application support for platform issues, ensuring incidents are addressed within established SLAs
- Own and manage incidents, including escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams
- Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL to resolve technical requests
- Maintain the company’s ticketing system and troubleshoot various technical issues related to the trading platform
- Contribute to the company’s Knowledge Base by creating and updating technical articles
- Perform QA testing, validation, and coordinate training on support-related tools and processes
- Provide light on-call and after-hours support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and HTML
- Strong experience with Excel and MS Office (including pivot tables and large data set manipulation)
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, or ad servers
- Previous experience or internships in online advertising or technology
