Platform Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for platform issues, ensuring incidents are addressed within established SLAs
• Own and manage incidents, including escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams
• Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL to resolve technical requests
• Maintain the company’s ticketing system and troubleshoot various technical issues related to the trading platform
• Contribute to the company’s Knowledge Base by creating and updating technical articles
• Perform QA testing, validation, and coordinate training on support-related tools and processes
• Provide light on-call and after-hours support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and HTML
• Strong experience with Excel and MS Office (including pivot tables and large data set manipulation)
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, or ad servers
• Previous experience or internships in online advertising or technology
