About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality application support by addressing platform incidents within established SLAs
  • Maintain the company’s ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the trading platform
  • Assist both internal and external users with platform-related inquiries and technical challenges
  • Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL to resolve support requests
  • Use agentic AI tools to facilitate issue resolution and optimize day-to-day tasks
  • Contribute to the company’s Knowledge Base by creating and updating technical articles
  • Collaborate with global team members to share knowledge and resolve complex issues
  • Provide light after-hours and holiday coverage as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a support representative or similar client-facing role
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and HTML
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large dataset manipulation
  • Familiarity with AI tools for task automation
  • General knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, or other advertising technology platforms
