About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support platform issues and ensure incidents are addressed within established SLAs
  • Multi-task, manage, and resolve technical support requests
  • Perform problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL
  • Maintain the company's ticketing system and resolve technical issues related to the trading platform
  • Develop immediate remedies for client needs and advocate for permanent solutions with Engineering or Product teams
  • Create and manage documentation for the company Knowledge Base
  • Coordinate in-depth training on support tools and processes
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring to team members on technical case work
  • Use AI tooling to assist with daily tasks and workload reduction
  • Provide light on-call and after-hours support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant substitute experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience in a small or medium-sized business
  • 2+ years of AdTech experience (RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers)
  • Strong SQL and HTML experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets)
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Strong client-facing and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to explain complex subjects to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Vertica, SSMS, or Tableau
  • AdTech troubleshooting skills (offline attribution, tracking tags, pixels, HTML5 creatives)
  • Experience in agile/scrum workflows
