About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for platform issues, ensuring incidents are addressed within established SLAs
  • Manage and resolve technical support requests through the company's ticketing system
  • Execute stored procedures and query databases using SQL to troubleshoot issues
  • Develop innovative remedies for client needs while advocating for permanent solutions with Engineering and Product teams
  • Contribute to the company Knowledge Base by creating and managing technical documentation
  • Use AI tooling to assist with daily tasks and identify opportunities for workload reduction
  • Coordinate in-depth training and provide one-to-one mentoring to team members on technical casework
  • Perform light on-call and after-hours support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or relevant substitute experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical support representative
  • 2+ years of AdTech experience, including knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers
  • Strong SQL and HTML skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables and formulas to analyze large datasets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex subjects to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Vertica, SSMS, or Tableau
  • AdTech troubleshooting expertise in offline attribution, tracking tags, pixels, or HTML5 creatives
  • Experience working within agile or scrum workflows
