About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a TikTok presence with over 15MM subscribers
- Review footage and identify the best contextual creative for the platform
- Work with the creative team to turn timestamps into relevant video content
- Plan and execute YouTube programming and content distribution
- Monitor comments, responses, and DMs across social channels
- Analyze performance data and provide daily observations and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to join relevant trends, news, influencers, and brand conversations
Requirements
- Proven success growing or managing YouTube channels
- Experience growing TikTok channels through platform strategy and creative analysis
- Strong knowledge of TikTok best practices
- Working knowledge of SEO for YouTube and Google Search
- Experience across major social platforms
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to combine creativity, analytics, and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CrowdTangle
- Experience with TweetDeck
- Experience with Asana
- Curiosity and adaptability with new tools and processes
