Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end support for enterprise clients in high-stakes environments
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to demanding professional users
  • Develop deep expertise in the Legora platform to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive solutions for recurring user pain points
  • Create and maintain help documentation, FAQs, and best practices
  • Proactively monitor customer usage patterns to identify potential issues
  • Contribute to building scalable support processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Experience handling complex, high-stakes B2B relationships
  • Proven track record of managing demanding professional clients
  • Ability to identify patterns and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech environments
