- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive solutions for recurring user pain points
- Create and maintain help documentation, FAQs, and best practices
- Proactively monitor customer usage patterns to identify potential issues
- Contribute to building scalable support processes and workflows
Requirements
- Experience handling complex, high-stakes B2B relationships
- Proven track record of managing demanding professional clients
- Ability to identify patterns and collaborate cross-functionally
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk

- Background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech environments
