Platform Solutions Manager

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning. The platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of self-service clients as their primary point of contact
• Support and advise clients as they plan, execute, and optimize TV campaigns
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for the self-service platform
• Develop a deep understanding of client goals to proactively guide strategy and execution
• Become a subject-matter expert in Tatari’s platform, buying capabilities, and measurement
• Guide clients through campaign setup and optimization focusing on performance outcomes like CPA, CAC, and ROAS
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Buying, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration preferred
• 1–2 years of experience buying/trading media across linear, streaming, or programmatic (DSPs)
• 2+ years of experience in post-sales account management, client success, or client support
• Experience supporting performance-focused advertisers or agencies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and tell stories with data
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels like SEM or Facebook
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools
