Platform Solutions Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary systems manager for the CRM platform and corresponding applications
• Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into technical requirements and optimized system solutions
• Lead design sessions and prototyping to enhance business processes, operations, and information flow
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical maps
• Work closely with vendors to ensure system solutions satisfy all business and operational requirements
• Perform systems analysis, including gap identification, system testing, and operational process mapping
• Improve existing systems and workflows by studying current practices and designing strategic enhancements
• Act as the technical focal point for the Application and Architecture Review Board and Change Control Board
• Provide troubleshooting support and lead system/unit testing for new and modified systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of related work experience in systems management or engineering
• Proven experience in CRM/systems management and technical documentation
• Strong IT background with a deep understanding of banking operations, products, and processes
• Expertise in systems analysis, including the creation of technical requirements and access frameworks
• Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
