Platform Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive secure platform modernization for mission systems across classified and multi-environment deployments.
• Modernize infrastructure from on-premises environments to AWS GovCloud in alignment with security compliance requirements.
• Lead automation and DevSecOps efforts, including transitioning legacy tooling to GitLab and Ansible-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain containerized services, Python and Bash automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Harden, patch, and sustain Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments to meet DISA STIG standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Agile software development methodology.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% on average.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
