Platform Service Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform platform duties and provisioning of trains for departures at the Adelaide Parklands Terminal
• Manage train maintenance tasks including watering the train and pumping effluent
• Handle removal of dirty rubbish and linen
• Facilitate guest luggage transfers
• Restock the train with clean linen and necessary provisions
• Execute other duties as requested by the National Housekeeping & Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail and a focus on quality of presentation
• Ability to operate calmly and effectively under time pressure
• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate varying arrival and departure times
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
