Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize compounding vessels, equipment, filters, hoses, pipes, and floors
• Sanitize tank farm tanks, pumps, and P3 storage tanks
• Operate the CIP Skid to clean and sanitize P1 and P3 tanks
• Clean and organize platform decks
• Break down, clean, and re-assemble various fittings and blending equipment
• Transfer finished bulk into pails, drums, totes, and/or portable tanks
• Assist compounders with making batches as needed
• Complete all required cleaning documentation
• Ready equipment for subsequent shifts and fill lines

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to 500-pound drums
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fumes
• Good eye/hand coordination and color discernment
