Platform & Retouch Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retouching of global master assets, including color correction, product cleanup, skin retouching, and compositing.
• Maintain global retouching standards, technical QC guidelines, and color workflows to ensure brand consistency across all markets.
• Execute advanced image production tasks using AI-generated image creation, automated versioning, and high-volume adaptation.
• Optimize retouching workflows, file structures, and technical imaging processes.
• Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations, including uploads, tagging, rights management, and version control.
• Implement metadata governance and ensure compliance with global taxonomy and file-naming structures.
• Partner with global creative teams to ensure assets are technically fit for purpose and aligned with brand vision.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of hands-on retouching and technical imaging experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and professional retouching workflows (color management, masking, and compositing).
• Strong understanding of DAM systems, metadata frameworks, and file optimization.
• Knowledge of CGI workflows, AI image tools, and advanced image-based automation.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
