Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction, planning, and delivery of core platform capabilities, APIs, and shared services that power the Conga product suite.
• Bridge technical and business requirements by working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams.
• Define and evolve APIs, integration frameworks, and shared services to enhance the Conga ecosystem.
• Own the platform roadmap, balancing foundational investments, technical debt, and strategic extensibility initiatives.
• Define and track platform KPIs, including API adoption, reliability, latency, and developer onboarding time.
• Manage dependencies across multiple product teams and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical fluency in API design, including REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions regarding system architecture, data models, and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ML-based platform services or data pipeline products.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to anticipate how platform decisions impact future product development.
• Experience managing internal engineering teams as primary customers.
