Platform Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own operational processes for developers bringing apps, plugins, and integrations to market, covering submission, review, launch, and monitoring.
• Manage external review partners and policy operations workflows to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Security, and Go-to-Market teams to translate platform goals into effective operating processes.
• Lead high-priority partner reviews and escalations, balancing speed to launch with user trust and safety.
• Create feedback loops across product and policy teams to reduce developer friction and improve integration quality.
• Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives, such as agentic workflows, to scale review and support processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, developer operations, product operations, or related fields.
• Experience engaging with technical concepts such as APIs, OAuth, authentication, permissions, and data flows.
• Proven ability to use AI and automation to reduce manual work and scale operational processes.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to balance speed, safety, and business priorities.
• Experience bringing structure to ambiguous, cross-functional problems and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
