Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional technical projects and optimize the current tech stack across third-party vendors and proprietary systems
- Design and build custom technical solutions to enhance automation, analytics, and scalability across workflows
- Build business analytics solutions providing actionable insights on customer health, retention, and expansion
- Evaluate, select, and implement new market-leading technologies
- Work with AWS, databases, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to enhance system integrations
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize adoption and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- 2+ years of experience building and scaling business operations with a technical skew
- Hands-on experience with systems development, data administration, APIs, webhooks, and custom workflows
- Strong technical and problem-solving acumen for designing and troubleshooting scalable systems
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
- Willingness to work in person at our offices 4-5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform architecture and analytics in a SaaS environment
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Understanding of SaaS metrics, strategies, and lifecycle management
