Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop systems to track orders from entry to shipment to ensure timeliness
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment
• Review customer Purchase Orders and resolve commercial or technical issues
• Manage order entry, associated documents, and correspondence
• Participate in engineering handoff meetings and manage the submittal and release process
• Work with engineering, quotations, and sales to manage change orders
• Coordinate with field service to resolve manufacturing deficiencies and site commissioning
• Prepare cost proposals for customer-driven order revisions
• Use and develop reports to track order status and flag potential issues
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or customer complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or a similar position
