Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships between the company and customers during the order cycle
• Develop systems to track orders from entry to shipment to ensure timeliness
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment
• Review customer Purchase Orders and resolve commercial or technical issues
• Manage the submittal and release process with engineering and customers
• Manage change orders in collaboration with engineering, quotations, and sales
• Work with field service to schedule and resolve manufacturing deficiencies and site commissioning
• Prepare cost proposals for customer-driven order revisions
• Use and develop reports to track order status and flag potential issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or a similar position
