Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Pitch, create, and publish content on the MrBeast Instagram account, including feed posts, Reels, and Stories
• Manage and engage with the MrBeast community on Instagram
• Support the development and execution of a unified social engagement strategy
• Translate brand and content strategy into Instagram specific creative and engagement tactics
• Collaborate with Social Analytics and Growth teams to align organic content with performance insights
• Monitor community sentiment, cultural trends, and fan behavior
• Act as a real time editorial voice during major uploads and announcements
• Help establish and maintain community guidelines to ensure a brand safe environment

Requirements

• Deep, platform native understanding of Instagram culture and audience behavior
• Proven experience managing and growing an Instagram presence for a brand, creator, or media company
• Hands-on publishing experience including writing captions and cutting Reels
• Strong understanding of how social media contributes to business outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills with sharp instincts for tone and humor
• Ability to operate in real time and make fast decisions in high visibility environments
• Experience working with analytics and performance data
• Comfort working non traditional hours, including nights and weekends
