Platform Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BMC software for system monitoring, event logging, and WebUI
• Implement firmware features for peripheral communication via SPI, I2C, SGPIO, LTPI, and PCIe
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers for platform integration challenges
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in diverse customer environments
• Ensure security compliance including secure boot and platform root of trust
• Integrate Secure AI™ engine solutions into customer platforms supporting NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in firmware engineering and embedded systems
• Proficiency in C, C++, assembly, shell scripting, and Python
• Deep understanding of Linux operating system internals and kernel architecture
• Expertise in low-level protocols such as I2C, I3C, GPIO, USB, LTPI, SGPIO, UART, MCTP, eSPI, and SSIF
• Strong capability in BMC porting to custom hardware
• Experience with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and ARM-based architectures
• Knowledge of firmware architecture and bare-metal programming
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of BMC technologies including IPMI 2.0 and DCMI 1.5
• Experience with OpenBMC stack customization and integration
