Platform & Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to developers by troubleshooting build environments and debugging infrastructure issues
• Build automation, tools, and self-service platforms to improve developer productivity and scale impact
• Manage and unblock CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and cloud providers (e.g., AWS) to implement practical infrastructure solutions
• Create and maintain reliable, well-documented technical solutions and documentation

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Linux environments
• Experience with DevOps practices, including containers and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
• Ability to script and automate tasks using Python or similar languages
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience managing databases and data infrastructure
• A "one-to-many" mindset focused on building permanent fixes rather than temporary workarounds
