Platform Governance Product Manager

About the Company

Arcade is the MCP runtime that connects AI agents to the systems they need to act on. We provide the permission slips and paper trails—proof of what an agent is allowed to do and a record of exactly what it did—enabling real actions on real systems for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Arcade deployed enterprise customers, including self-hosted and managed versions
• Identify and prioritize platform gaps blocking enterprise customers
• Build security and governance features like contextual tool access, SSO, and enterprise identity integration
• Develop multi-tenancy, organizational structures, and audit logs
• Enable successful enterprise deployments by partnering with sales and solutions engineering
• Manage initiatives such as agent telemetry, compliance tools, and on-prem deployment requirements

Requirements

• Strong technical background with ability to partner deeply with senior engineers
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, RBAC, scoped tokens, secrets management)
• Experience building and selling middleware, integrations platforms, or infrastructure
• Experience working with enterprise customers or sales-informed product roadmaps
• Ability to make architectural tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency in prototyping product ideas through code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MCP, agentic tooling, or the AI agent ecosystem
• Experience building and selling on-prem software
• Background as a forward-deployed engineer, sales engineer, or software engineer
