Platform FP&A Manager – Strategic Insights

Responsibilities

• Own financial evaluation and performance tracking for Roku's largest Platform partners, monitoring growth and ROI.
• Build frameworks to assess partnership economics and guide executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Product teams to model multi-year P&L scenarios and evaluate deal terms.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and provide financial insights during partner negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
• Apply a finance lens to platform performance, linking funnel analytics and UI changes to revenue and engagement outcomes.
• Partner with Core Analytics and Strategy teams to build financial models connecting platform decisions to gross profit.
• Translate complex platform data into clear strategic narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including P&L analysis, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Experience with platform or product analytics (funnel metrics, monetization drivers, and retention economics).
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Strong business judgment and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
