Platform FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Own financial evaluation and performance tracking of Roku's largest Platform partners
• Build frameworks to assess partnership economics and guide executive decision-making
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Product to evaluate deal terms and model P&L scenarios
• Prepare executive-ready materials and provide finance insight during partner negotiations
• Apply a finance lens to platform performance, including funnel analytics and UI impact on revenue
• Partner with Core Analytics to identify growth opportunities across the platform
• Evaluate strategic deployment of marketing inventory and recommendation tools
• Translate platform insights into clear executive narratives and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills (P&L analysis, scenario/sensitivity analysis, cohort analysis)
• Experience with platform or product analytics (funnel metrics, monetization, retention)
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong business judgment and executive communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Strong analytics background
• Knowledge of the technology, media, and streaming landscape
