Platform Engineering Product Director

Responsibilities

• Define and own the middleware and integration product roadmap aligned with digital transformation strategy
• Establish best practices, governance, and standards for enterprise integrations
• Lead cross-functional workshops with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders
• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Design integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, and Financials
• Lead EDI integration strategy for supply chain transactions
• Guide and mentor a team of consultants, integration developers, and analysts
• Manage third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and enterprise IT governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in middleware or integration roles
• 5+ years in a Product Manager or Solution Lead capacity
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM
• Proven experience in EDI integrations within Supply Chain environments
• Experience designing integrations with 3PL providers and retail partners
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle AI agents or AI-powered automation
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or high-growth product companies
• Experience with global supply chain operations and multi-region deployments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
