NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop world-class engineers to build an exceptional team
• Support engineers’ career growth through clear feedback, mentorship, and leadership development
• Establish and uphold high technical standards through sound processes like architecture reviews and testing
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute long-term platform roadmaps
• Drive execution and collaborate across teams to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams
• 10+ years of total industry experience in software engineering
• Deep experience delivering large-scale, foundational infrastructure systems
• Proven track record of defining and driving technical and organizational roadmaps
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments
• Strong judgment balancing engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
• Ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
