Platform Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end CI/CD strategy on Azure DevOps, including pipelines as code and self-service templates.
• Architect and maintain Azure DevOps organizations, agent pools, and pipeline security controls.
• Administer SonarQube to ensure consistent code quality and security standards across all repositories.
• Own the Gravitee API Gateway platform, designing and enforcing management policies and authentication flows.
• Operate and evolve OpenBao for secrets management, covering auth methods, dynamic credentials, and PKI.
• Establish and enforce DevSecOps practices by embedding shift-left security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and embed a DevOps culture within product teams through coaching and architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or senior individual-contributor capacity.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipeline authoring, agent management, and governance).
• Practical experience operating an API gateway platform (e.g., Gravitee, Apigee) in production.
• Solid understanding of secrets management using HashiCorp Vault, OpenBao, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile delivery or SAFe certification.
• Experience working in complex, international, or multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with security tooling such as SAST, DAST, and SCA.
