About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain the full Power Platform stack and Azure-integrated environments to ensure stable service delivery.
- Provide guidance, governance guardrails, and support for citizen developers to ensure compliant platform usage.
- Oversee connector configurations and integrations with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and legacy platforms.
- Administer the ALM process, including environment provisioning, solution deployments, and CI/CD pipeline operations.
- Enforce DLP policies, security best practices, and compliance requirements in collaboration with security and IT teams.
- Monitor platform capacity, performance, and environment health to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and platform administration best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Hands-on experience administering Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages.
- Working knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Power Platform CLI (PAC CLI), or Python for administrative automation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline operations, solution transport, and environment deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot environment issues, flow failures, and integration bottlenecks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- SAFe Practitioner certification.
- Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer).
