Platform Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end solutions using the full Power Platform stack and Azure-based custom integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and guardrails to enable citizen developers across the organization.
• Develop custom connectors and integrate platforms with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and legacy enterprise systems.
• Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including Git source control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.
• Enforce governance and security through DLP policies, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor platform resilience, capacity, and performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable components, and development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C# .NET, PowerShell, and Python.
• Working knowledge of Azure Functions, Web Apps, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of relational data modeling and ETL workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focus abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification.
• SAFe Practitioner or ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
