Platform Engineer (SRE) - AI Control Plane

Responsibilities

• Identify architectural changes to improve reliability, performance, and availability
• Foster a culture of reliability across the engineering organization
• Design and implement key operational processes including deployments, upgrades, rollbacks, and postmortem reviews
• Build monitoring systems to ensure the highest quality service for customers
• Debug production issues across all services and levels of the stack
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production incidents

Requirements

• Proven record of full agency in improving product reliability and uptime
• Experience with full lifecycle development ownership, from building and shipping to maintaining infrastructure
• Ability to work across the full stack, from backend to frontend
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work in person at our San Francisco office
