Platform Engineer - PeopleSoft

Responsibilities

• Administer, upgrade, implement, and provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft applications
• Configure and optimize PeopleSoft Search and Insights features
• Design and implement containerization strategies for PeopleSoft environments
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Shell, and Windows batch scripting
• Build and maintain DevOps pipelines leveraging Azure Repos and related tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in PeopleSoft administration, upgrades, implementation, and support
• Hands-on programming experience with Ansible, Python, Shell scripting, and Windows batch scripting
• Strong technical expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using Azure Repos
• Experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other Oracle products such as EBS, OFSAA, and OBIEE
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as IBM DataStage
