Responsibilities

• Design and build next-generation CMDB systems and DCIM platforms for rack and server operations
• Develop end-to-end asset lifecycle management systems and self-service automation portals
• Build monitoring and observability platforms integrating telemetry from BMS, EPMS, and IT devices
• Create workflow orchestration systems for incident, problem, and change management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data center operations, network engineering, and security teams
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and champion modern CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling thousands of QPS

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building production systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, data models, and distributed systems
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with CMDB systems (NetBox, Device42) or asset management platforms
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Camunda) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
