Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Converge and improve application deployment patterns across containerized and non-containerized workloads
• Build self-service infrastructure provisioning using Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible
• Drive CI/CD excellence and advocate for modern software delivery practices
• Enhance monitoring and alerting to enable proactive capacity management and early failure detection
• Research and implement technologies that improve container orchestration, workload management, and system visibility
• Participate in on-call rotation to resolve trade-critical issues
• Maintain system security through regular patching and compliance

Requirements

• Experience supporting mission-critical, high-performance trading systems
• Strong Kubernetes experience including deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Proficiency with Prometheus and Grafana
• Solid Python skills for automation and tooling
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform/Terragrunt
• Strong Linux systems knowledge
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices
• Familiarity with TLS and network protocols such as multicast and WebSockets
• Familiarity with AWS
