Responsibilities

• Own the internal platform, build tooling, and CI/CD workflows
• Make builds faster, tests more reliable, and deployments safer
• Design and operate verification environments for product behavior validation
• Build AI-native tooling for automated development, bug triage, and release management
• Create systems to detect issues and automate the path from bug report to production resolution
• Build reusable product primitives and architecture patterns
• Improve developer experience across local development, CI, testing, and debugging

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, product infrastructure, or developer tooling
• Strong engineering fundamentals with TypeScript, Node, and React
• Proven experience building internal platforms, CI/CD workflows, or shared architecture
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to compress engineering cycles
• Strong product taste for developer experience
• Ability to turn engineering friction into reusable abstractions
