Platform & Core Experience Strategic Portfolio Management – Unified Communications

Responsibilities

• Act as the central Product Owner for the end-to-end user journey across the Unified Communications (UC) portfolio.
• Ensure visual, functional, and architectural consistency across all UC products, including voice, video, and messaging.
• Partner with engineering to ensure platform software, APIs, SDKs, and developer portals are scalable and intuitive.
• Define telemetry requirements and embed data tracking into product launches to gain visibility into user interactions.
• Synthesize complex business needs and customer feedback into actionable user stories for Research and Design teams.
• Balance the diverse needs of enterprise IT administrators, everyday employees, and external developers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality product collateral.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Experience (CX), or UX Strategy.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives.
• Technical fluency in platform architecture, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Proficiency with product analytics, telemetry, and observability tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Datadog).
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to drive unified experiences across complex product suites.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills to translate technical concepts into value propositions.
