Platform Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of event platforms and configuration of registration, content, and communications
• Build elements such as agendas, attendee journeys, and engagement tools
• Carry out quality assurance checks and testing processes for platform functionality
• Maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, and timelines
• Support the creation and interpretation of event reports and platform analytics
• Assist with budget management and financial administration processes
• Support platform delivery during live, hybrid, and virtual events

Requirements

• Experience communicating project updates with colleagues and clients
• Experience coordinating activities and maintaining project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience supporting client projects or client-facing work
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with event platforms such as Cvent, SpotMe, Swoogo, or SmartLab
• Understanding of event management or digital project delivery
• Awareness of audience engagement tools and virtual/hybrid event environments
