Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from initial signal to resolution
- Master the Legora platform to diagnose and resolve complex, high-impact issues
- Translate technical details into concise guidance for demanding professional users
- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements and fix recurring pain points
- Maintain high-quality global handoffs to ensure enterprise-grade continuity
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, high-stakes B2B relationships for professional clients
- Technical curiosity with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency with support tooling such as Intercom or Zendesk
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech
