  • Translate technical details into concise guidance for demanding professional users
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements and fix recurring pain points
  • Maintain high-quality global handoffs to ensure enterprise-grade continuity

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex, high-stakes B2B relationships for professional clients
  • Technical curiosity with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency with support tooling such as Intercom or Zendesk
