Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from first signal to resolution
- Maintain clean handoffs across a global team to ensure enterprise-grade consistency
- Build deep expertise across the Legora platform, including Assistant, Tabular Review, and Workflows
- Translate technical details into concise guidance for professional users
- Resolve issues independently before escalating with complete diagnostics
- Partner with Product and Engineering to fix recurring user pain points
- Produce reusable troubleshooting guides and resolution templates
- Participate in a global handoff rhythm to ensure seamless client support across time zones
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, high-stakes B2B relationships
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for demanding professional clients
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong written communication skills for providing crisp, factual updates under pressure
- Proficiency with support tooling such as Intercom or Zendesk
- Background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech is a strong plus
