Platform Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into robust integration solution designs
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to shape end-to-end technical solutions
• Guide DevSecOps and development teams in implementing microservices, APIs, and platform components
• Ensure all solutions meet architectural standards, security requirements, and performance expectations
• Oversee test strategy validation, automation planning, and execution quality
• Provide technical expertise for incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement
• Support business onboarding, capability demonstrations, and deployment activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in integration leadership, solution design, or technical project delivery
• Strong expertise in API-led and microservices-based architectures
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, AWS EKS, Kubernetes, and RDBMS
• Experience with React/Next.js and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with OpenAPI specifications and tools like Swagger and Postman
• Experience with Apigee and identity integrations such as LDAP or Azure AD
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and API security standards (OAuth, REST, JSON)
• Experience leading partner teams and mentoring junior engineers
